By using templates for contract writing, the program allows you to write contracts quickly and accurately. The templates ensure consistency, and remind you of what to include.

• The program contains 12 templates for different types of projects pre-filled with construction contract boilerplate language.
• You can change any of the templates to meet your needs. You can create your own templates by changing copies of our templates.
• You can make changes to any item in the contract just by typing over it. You can also add or delete items.

The Paragraph Manager is your personal contract librarian. It is a database of common contract paragraphs and task descriptions that you can insert into your contracts at the push of a button. With the Paragraph Manager you can;

• Add to, edit or delete paragraphs in the database. This way you personalize the library to meet your needs.
• Write contracts faster. You don’t have to search for the right paragraph in one of many files, just go to the Paragraph Manager and find it quickly. With one mouse click you can insert text that would take minutes to type by hand.
• Remember topics to include in your contract.
• Be consistent in the phrasing of your contract paragraphs.

The program prints your contracts at the push of a button. You can edit the appearance of your contract using different fonts, print faces, text sizes etc. The professional quality contracts will impress and reassure your customers.

The program can;

• Print any number of copies of your contracts.
• Show a preview of how the document will look when printed. 
• Print in color with a color printer.
• Include graphics such as your logo, product photos or plan diagrams.

With The Contract Add-Vantage, much of the contract text is already written for you. Your task is to edit that text, and to type in the missing pieces needed to describe your particular project. Contracts are quickly and easily prepared in no more than four steps:

1. Select the contract template that most closely matches your project.
2. Enter customer, contract and payment information into the update dialog boxes on screen. The program can then automatically insert all of that information in the appropriate location in your contract.
3. Insert additional paragraphs into the contract. You can either insert paragraphs with a mouse click using the Paragraph Manager or type new paragraphs where you need them.
4. Make a final edit on screen. The program includes a spell check function which includes many construction related terms. At this point your contract is finished, and ready to print.
