The Paragraph Manager
The Paragraph Manager is a database of commonly used paragraphs
that can be used for insertion into your contracts. With the
Paragraph Manager you can:

View and insert
existing paragraphs in the database.

Find a specific
paragraph in the database. Paragraphs are stored by Category and
Sub-Category for quick retrieval (e.g., Category: Legal –
Sub-Category: Arbitration)

Add new Categories
and Sub-Categories to the database.

Edit and Delete
Categories and Sub-Categories from the database.

Add new paragraphs
to the database.

Edit existing
paragraphs in the database.
One-Click
Paragraph Insertion
To insert paragraphs with the Paragraph Manager:
- Set the cursor at the location
where you want the paragraph to be inserted. Open the Paragraph
Manager.
- Find the record you want to
insert.
- Click on the Insert Paragraph
button.
- Repeat the process, or close the
Paragraph Manager

Existing Paragraphs To The Paragraph Manager
You may have already written some great paragraphs that you would like to
include in the Paragraph Manager database. Now you can include these paragraphs
with a couple of mouse clicks. You can add text from Microsoft Word files,
text files, RTF files or other contract files you have saved in the past.
Once these paragraphs are in the Paragraph Manager you can insert them into any
of your contracts or other documents with One-Click.
