The new price database lets you maintain prices for a wide variety of commonly used items including:

• Lumber and material costs
• Labor costs in a variety of different applicable categories
• Sub-contractor costs for standard items
• Other costs such as permits, dumpsters, rentals etc.

Optional Add-Vantage Pricing Service
We've made it easy for you to keep up with the latest materials prices with automated updates supplied via the Internet.  All you have to do is get the file, push a button and your database will be updated with the latest prices for your region.  For an additional $200 you'll get 1 year of monthly pricing updates.

Automatic Insertion and Updating
The program will automatically insert prices for item in the price database, and will update the entire estimate at the press of a button.  That's great for updating those estimates that sit for a long time while the customer makes their decision.
